We understand that life isn’t linear, and changes happen. We can provide you with a Mortgage Capacity Report, a required document needed for your first hearing if you are going through a divorce. Our reports are in an acceptable format for solicitors and the court and are designed to give you a true and realistic borrowing capacity post-divorce. Our reports are from £199 and any monies paid will be deducted from our one-off broker fee should we arrange your mortgage for you post-divorce.
